Altia to Design AI Implementation Plan for the Port Authority
Altia has been awarded the contract for technical assistance in developing an Artificial Intelligence Implementation Plan for the Port Authority of Marín and Pontevedra Estuary, as part of its digitalization, innovation, and new technology policy.
The Plan will identify priorities, responsible parties, compliance controls, and the sequence for implementing actions tailored to the size and actual capabilities of the public body, paying particular attention to privacy, security, and legal requirements.
The Port Authority will have a three-year AI implementation roadmap and a short-term plan of high-impact pilot projects.
This initiative is part of the port system's ongoing commitment to digitalization, which involves developing smart ports where AI can contribute to more efficient management and greater competitiveness.
