Maximum tariffs – ANNEXES I & IV MARPOL (Liquids)
The maximum tariffs applicable for receiving liquid waste generated by sea-going vessels, applicable when the number of providers has been limited by the Port Authority of Marin and Ria de Pontevedra or is insufficient to ensure competition, shall be as laid down hereunder:
- Placement of container/tank on quay alongside vessel, removal of same, transport to collection area, transfer to storage tanks and subsequent transport and treatment in final receiving area:

- Services provided to vessels, platforms and permanent installations at sea within the Port of Marin service area shall be subject to a maximum tariff of 600 Euros/hour and a minimum of 1 hour over and above the price per cubic metre detailed above.
Maximum surcharges on all items above:
1) Pumping surcharge:
If it were necessary for transferring the use of pumps of the provider, or if the racking is done with the ship"s pumps, and performance of the operation does not meet the 5 m3 / h, may be billed by the provider with a maximum rate of 45 € / h by pumping surcharge.
To bill and to determine the performance, time is measured from the resources of the provider are available to ship"s side until the end of the pumping operation.
2) For service provision outside normal working hours:

Discount
When by reason of the provider is causing undue delay to the ship, there will be a discount rate equivalent to 10% for each hour or fraction from the first hour late.
Maximum tariffs – ANNEXE V MARPOL (Solids)
The maximum tariffs applicable for receiving solid waste generated by sea-going vessels shall be as laid down hereunder. These tariffs include all handling charges, skip supply, waste collection, loading, transfer, discharge, dumping fee and issuance of the corresponding MARPOL certificate. The service is understood to be provided within the following times, known as the “Service Provision Timetable”:
Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 20h00
Minimum service (4-day stay), maximum tariff (1): 44 Euros.
In the event that full skips need to be removed during the Vessel’s stay or skip removal is requested to meet Vessel needs, the following maximum tariff shall be applicable:

Should the service provider and its employees remove filled garbage bags from on-board the Vessel, service provision shall be subject to the following maximum surcharges:

Services provided outside the normal Service Provision Timetable shall be subject to a 25% surcharge. The sole surcharge applicable on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays shall be a maximum of 40%.
The maximum surcharge for collection of galley waste from vessels registered outside the European Union that require special measures during collection, handling and final treatment according to provisions of Royal Decree 1774/2002 (EC) and Royal Decree 1429/2003 shall be 25 %.
These tariffs include all charges for collection, transfer, primary treatment, storage and transfer to final Treatment Plant, as well as issuance of the corresponding MARPOL certificate according to the model defined in Annex III of Royal Decree 1381/2002, with the corresponding request for approval from the Maritime Authority.
(1) A maximum tariff for minimum service (4-day stay) is established for those Port users that use the service but do not reach an amount of 1.1 cubic metres (1 full bin) of collected waste.
